“I made the decision to eat yogurt every day for a month and here are the results”

Necessary participation in the diet must have the yoghurtsince it is a very healthy food for all hours of the day.

Yogurt is a healthy and delicious source of protein that many people like. Made from fermented milk, yogurt can be eaten as a dressing, dip, drink, or frozen as a dessert.

And of course it provides us with almost all of them Nutrients that our body needs every day. Just one cup of yogurt covers 49% of the daily recommended dose of calcium. So thinking about all the above I decided to eat a yogurt every day for a month and see what happens.

The truth is that this particular experiment hardly bothered me at all. I may have had some reservations at first, fearing that I would get bored of eating the same thing every day, but luckily yogurt is a very versatile food and I was able to consume it with many different combinations.

So the first thing I noticed as the days went by is that it worked much better intestine which I was pleasantly surprised by. I should note here that yogurt in general can strengthen the health of the intestine as it contains live microorganisms (resulting from the fermentation of milk) which are responsible for the balance of the intestinal flora, which is responsible for the proper functioning of the intestine and the avoidance of gastrointestinal problems.

Several studies also show that yogurt inhibits the bacteria called helicobacter of the pylorus in the stomach and intestine. This bacteria has been linked to gastritis and stomach cancer. In addition, regular consumption of sugar-free yogurt provides protection from vaginal secretions and fungal infections.

And the days passed and now yogurt had become part of my daily diet. I no longer needed to think that I “must” eat a small yogurt. After finishing the experiment I did not stop consuming it, if not every day, certainly day after day.

But what happened to my weight? I lost kilograms; So here I am going to disappoint you because I haven’t lost a single gram. After all, I’ve said it many times: there are no magic foods.
