Causes of appearance
1. Ultraviolet radiation
The causes of spots are many, but the most important is the extensive exposure to the sun and indeed without the use of sunscreen.
2. Hormonal factors
Many women experience spots on their skin during pregnancy. This is because estrogen overstimulates the pigment cells causing an overproduction of color. The exact same thing happens to women who have been taking contraceptives for a long time or are taking hormone treatments. Applying sunscreen will reduce the chances of it happening.
The discolorations that appear on the skin can also be a result of old age. These types of spots appear mainly on the décolletage and hands.

1. Vitamin C
Try to consume many foods that contain this vitamin, such as oranges, strawberries, broccoli, etc. These foods will help you reduce the amount of melanin in your skin. At the same time, you can also use a vitamin C serum on your skin for better and more immediate results.
2. Vitamin E
Applying vitamin E before bed directly to the areas where you have spots will give your skin lots of antioxidants, which will “even out” the skin tone. All you have to do is open a vitamin E capsule and apply its contents to the dark areas of your skin.
3. Castor oil
Castor oil has the ability to whiten dark areas of the skin. Apply twice a day to your skin with circular movements on the areas you want to “heal”.

6. Lemon juice
